Who we are

AI Builder Kohi is a product of Kohi-Labs, a software company based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This policy explains how we handle personal data in AI Builder Kohi, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022).

What we collect

Your account: name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash), plus the members you invite to your workspace.

Your projects: the instructions you write, the files the AI creates, and anything you add as context — brand assets, Word or PowerPoint documents, data files, Google Sheets you connect, and connection details for databases you link.

Usage: how many AI steps each project uses and what they cost, so we can meter your plan.

How the AI uses your data

To build and change your apps, your instructions and your project's files are sent to our AI model provider, Anthropic (Claude). Screenshots of your generated pages are sent once, for an automatic visual check. Before anything leaves our servers, personal data we can recognise — email addresses, phone numbers, NIK, NPWP, card and bank account numbers — is replaced with placeholder tokens and restored in the response, so those values are never seen by the model. Your data is not used anywhere else, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.

How we protect it

Each project runs in its own isolated container. Database connection strings are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and used read-only. Access to a project is limited to its owner and the members they invite.

Service providers

Anthropic processes AI requests. Google processes data only if you connect a Google Sheet. We use an email provider to send invitations and password-reset links. Some of these providers may store data outside Indonesia.

How long we keep it

Project data is kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete a project or your whole account at any time, and we will erase it unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@kohi-labs.com. We will respond within the time the law requires.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
