Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of AI Builder Kohi, operated by Kohi-Labs, a software company in Jakarta, Indonesia. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

AI Builder Kohi turns a plain-language brief and the data you provide into a working website or dashboard. An AI agent plans, writes and runs the code in an isolated workspace, checks the result, and refines it as you chat. The service is in early access: features may change, be added or be withdrawn.

3. Your account and workspace

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity in your workspace, including that of members you invite. Give accurate information when you sign up.

4. Your data and connections

You may only upload files, connect Google Sheets or link databases that you are entitled to use. Database connections are used read-only. For personal data inside your projects you are the data controller, and Kohi-Labs processes it on your behalf only to build and run your apps.

5. What you build is yours

The apps, code, pages and exports created in your workspace belong to you. You give Kohi-Labs a limited licence to store, run and display them only so we can provide the service to you.

6. AI-generated output

AI Builder Kohi is built on Claude by Anthropic. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, even after the built-in checks. Review every app — its content, numbers and behaviour — before you publish it or rely on it. You are responsible for what you publish.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to build anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful — including phishing pages, sites that impersonate another person or organisation, malware, spam, or content that infringes others' rights — or to attack, overload or get around the security of our systems or anyone else's.

8. Fees and early access

Access is currently arranged with our team during early access. Any paid plan and its usage limits will be stated before you pay, and apply as agreed at the time of purchase.

9. Availability

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything important, for example by exporting it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", and Kohi-Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

11. Termination

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to resolve any dispute through discussion.
